The bill (Reg.
No. 8288) improves the order of public disclosure of tax declaration by judges.
Thus, the bill establishes that judges submit declaration, defined by the Law "On Fundamentals of Fighting and Corruption Prevention" at their place of work. Head and judges of the Supreme Court, heads and judges of higher specialized courts of Ukraine also submit above-mentioned information to the State Court Administration in a ten-day term since the day of their submission at the place of work for the official public disclosure on the official web-site of the judicial power.
Under the bill, the following information shall not be disclosed: place of residence, place of fixed property, also names and surnames of family members.
